镀锌沟盖板尺寸选用说明

Selection of size of galvanized ditch cover plate

1.对于使用于交通道路上的人行道，车行道，停车场钢格板，码头或建筑物地面的沟盖板，因为荷载及车行方向的不同，其设计和选型应作实际情况的考虑。

1. The design and selection of pavements, roadways, parking lot grilles, trench covers for wharfs or building floors used on traffic roads should be considered in practice because of the different loads and driving directions.

2.用于道路上的水沟、横断沟盖（车行方向与承载扁钢方向相平行）时，不仅要考虑轮压，冲击，还需防止沟盖板弹跳移位的危险，必须将沟盖板与角钢、支梁固定（可以使用焊接固定或钢格板安装夹固定）。

2. When used for ditches and cross-cut ditch covers on roads (parallel to the direction of bearing flat steel), not only wheel pressure and impact should be considered, but also the danger of the springing and displacement of the ditch covers should be prevented. The ditch covers must be fixed with angle steel and supporting beams (welding and fixing or grille plate installation and clamping can be used).

轻型：25吨/m2 ；小车，行人通行的校园住宅园，公园，地下停车场和厨房等。

Light: 25t/m2; car, pedestrian campus residential park, park, underground parking lot and kitchen, etc.

重型：70吨/m2 ; 20吨以下汽车通行的厂区，一般公路，主干道路边，停车场和街道等。

超重型、：140吨/m2 ；重型拖车，集装箱叉车，吊车和飞机等通行的主干公路，特大型停车场，矿山，码头和机场等。

沟盖板的安装

Installation of trench cover

1.安装须知：支撑框的锚固片必须牢固地埋入水泥层内；

1. installation instructions: the anchorage sheet of the support frame must be firmly embedded in the cement layer.

2.水沟两边的支撑面必须平整、坚固；

2. the supporting surfaces on both sides of the ditch must be smooth and firm.

3.扁钢方向为承重（支撑）方向，按沟（井）宽留间隙定扁钢长度L;

6.根据沟（井）宽及承载要求选定钢格栅板型号，建议选择标准尺寸进行设计施工。
